Today I've read some pretty interesting information and experienced a first with networking a home over a cell phone connection for Internet access. At this point I'd say don't do it. It's expensive, not secure and slow. Most people don't listen to the fine words about 2G, 3G and 4G. A sentence I noticed in an AT&T ad was: 4G available in 168 cities. That pretty much makes 4G available to less than 1% of AT&T's users. Why buy 4G phones and Internet access? It will be in the future and you probably are paying for something you can't use.

My cell phone company doesn't say 4G is available but 3G is. Verizon's goal for 2011 was to cover major NFL cities. This NFL logic may make sense to some but not to me.
